David Hernandez is the Founder and President of David Hernandez, C.P.A., P.A., a full-service accounting firm in Coral Gables, FL. David loves helping his clients reach their financial goals by sharing his knowledge, experience and expertise in accounting, tax, and business. His number one objective is to provide personalized, efficient, and cost-effective services tailored to meet his client's needs.
David has been providing small-business owners as well as non-residents tax advisory and business consulting services since 2007. Some of David’s recent projects include extensive tax planning for an insurance company's domestic and international subsidiaries, re-organizing QuickBooks for a property manager so they could better price their rental properties, and saving a client $50K in taxes through careful tax planning and consulting.
David Hernandez, C.P.A., P.A. offers a wide array of tax and accounting services to small businesses and their owners, non-resident individuals, state income tax preparation and compliance, tax planning for domestic and international clients, sales and payroll tax calculations and filings, tax resolution, bookkeeping, tax advisory and consulting services, payroll services, QuickBooks consulting and training, and much more. David works with individuals and small businesses across a broad spectrum of industries, and he also enjoys providing guidance to his international clients as it relates to their U.S. real estate investments and business ventures.
David earned his Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University and his Master’s degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Desktop, and a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and Chamber South. He is also an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent.
When he’s not busy with work, David is a globetrotter; he loves travelling to different destinations all over the world. He also loves exercising and is a huge fan of the classic game show “Jeopardy!”.
Jessica Gregorio is the Firm Administrator at David Hernandez C.P.A., P.A. She enjoys interacting with the firm’s clients; they are treated like they are part of the family. She loves it when clients walk out with a big smile on their face from our friendly approach and excellent customer service.
Jessica is certified in office management and is also a REALTOR®. She attended Florida International University as well as Miami-Dade Community College. When she is not working, you might find her doing yoga, exercising, or traveling.
